[idea]module upgrading(invention license transform)

we can see battle between closed vs open source.

[idea]module upgrading

Like upgrading in CPU, there are pentium, Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Quad, Core i3, i5, i7.
but modules in EVE are rather static.
So why there is not technolegical development in New Eden?
I think if there is a seasonly upgrading to modules, new power and interesting will be bring into the game.
