when i look at the problem of eve's capacitor recharge.
i am confused by why the recharge rate peek is not at time 0% cap,but about 30% cap since the good post said it is according to my experience.
so the solution is easy, it is CCP show us the damn source code. maybe we can find some recharge bug in it, can we?
